Responsibility and Nature of the Service
Informational and complementary purpose. All analyses, charts, or financial astrology reports are guidance and general suggestions. They do not constitute financial, investment, or securities advice. They are an astrological guide to where the energy is perceived as more or less favorable; the final decision always rests with the client.
No guarantee of results. Economic success and the accuracy of the projections or trends noted in the reports are not guaranteed.
Transparency about the tools used. To verify and cross-check my reports, I use professional astrological calculation software (such as Kepler, Matrix, or Parashara's Light).

Personal Data Processing
Explicit and informed consent. By paying for any of my services, you expressly agree to what data is collected and how it is used, as described in this section.
Data collected. Phone number and/or email address, for verification purposes; and birth data (date, time, and place) strictly necessary to calculate astrological charts. In the case of Birth Time Rectification, also the questionnaire data (dated events, close circle, preferences) described in that form.
Retention period. The complete report and associated data are kept for 4 months, in case you need a review or request a copy. After that period, they are permanently deleted from the archive. For the Strategic Session, since it's an annual timeline, the retention period is 1 year and 4 months.
Where it's stored. Data is kept in a restricted folder, accessible only to me, and is not shared with third parties except the providers necessary to deliver the service (see the next point).
Third-party providers. To operate, I use Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing), Google Forms and Sheets (rectification questionnaire and its responses), MailerLite (newsletter delivery), and Framer (website hosting). Each processes data according to its own privacy policy, and some may store information on servers outside your country of residence.
Your rights over your data. You may request at any time to access your data, correct it, request a copy, or request its early deletion (before the retention period noted above expires), by writing to contacto@meridianoprisma.com.
Newsletter and communications. Subscribing to the free newsletter is independent of the other services and requires your separate, explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time directly from the email.
Scope, Jurisdiction, and Age
Local and international compliance. I am exempt from liability if access to astrological or esoteric services is restricted or specially regulated in the user's jurisdiction of residence; it is the user's responsibility to verify those regulations before hiring my services.
Legal age. All consulting services require that whoever hires them be of legal age.
Cancellations and Refunds
Before work begins. If you cancel before the calculation or preparation of your report has started, the amount paid will be refunded, minus the fees already charged by the payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal do not refund these).
Once work has begun or the report has been delivered. Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds are issued once work has begun or the report has been delivered.
Live sessions (Strategic Session and Specific Decision). You may reschedule your session by giving at least 48 hours' notice, at no cost. With less notice, or if you don't show up at the scheduled time, the session is considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled, but the written report WILL be sent to your registered email.
Payment disputes. If a dispute or chargeback is opened for a service already delivered, proof of delivery will be presented as evidence (the report sent, or the recording or call log, as applicable).
